Report Fraud

Fraudulent Message Reporting Form

If you have fraudulent or suspicious activity on your credit card, debit card, or ATM card; or you have received a call inquiring about transactions made with your credit card, debit card, or ATM card, please contact Wescom at 1-888-493-7266 and press 2.

Wescom will never call to request a security code that you may have received via text, call or email. However, a Wescom staff member may send you a code to validate your identity while on the phone with you. Please report any suspicious emails, calls or text messages below.


The address of the person who sent you the fraudulent message, if applicable. The phone number of the person who sent you the fraudulent message, if applicable. The phone number or email address you were instructed to contact in the email or text. If applicable; T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.

If the fraudulent message came through an email, please forward the email in question to phishing@wescom.org. Or if you received a text message, please send a screen shot of the message to phishing@wescom.org. Thank you.
